"Plus points are Cosy, resort styled, spacious and not overcrowded. Also well maintained. Environment is quiet amidst fresh air as located amongst greenery. Minus point is quite far from mrt station, shops and markets although there's a shuttle bus. "

"Quiet with spacious grounds (one round the estate is about 1 km) and mix of high and low rise. Low rise maisonettes have a spanish style and high rise blocks are unlike the new all glass type but the older type with walls and proper windows. Pleasant and good for relaxed living. After 25 years, inevitable that maintenance will be required. Lifts will be retrofitted soon. Disadvantages to the site include not being near MRT, army camp next door (although Amoy Quee is a mostly unused except for an occasional intake of Infantry and the NCC HQ) and height restrictions due to Seletar airport nearby. "
