"My children own a unit at Heron Bay and I'm happy and satisfied with their choice of condo as I'm staying with them when I visit from Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. They've renovated their unit and spruced up the place very nicely. The shuttle bus service is excellent, most times very punctual. The swimming pools, Jacuzzi and mini gym are clean and well maintained. Overall, our Home Sweet Home is a worthwhile buy and money is very well spent."

"freaking terrible security guard who only plays game at work and is extremely unfriendly and confrontational. like one of the review mention, he thinks hes a police goodness. the management needs to look into this. he wears a cap by the way. with his colleague asking him for help, he simply ignored. he doesnt deserve his job"
