"I cannot put less than one star but if I could, I will. If you plan on moving here (Hilltops) be prepared for terrible noise disturbances (simply from neighbors directly above you), kids are running screaming everywhere uncontrollably because they are mostly foreigners (dont care and dont respect others), and management and security is either unwilling or incapable of keep orders (and this is a SG global properties, how disappointing)"
