"It looks great, with a facade like Hanging Garden of B, iconic looking structures along Dunearn Road. The road widening and road network upgrade are to be completed early 2022. Whilst it is at the junction of Dunearn and Jln Anak Bukit, traffic noise is something to contend with, unless one has an inward facing unit, it is however very conveniently situated within walking distance to supermarkets like Cold Storage, NTUC Finest KAP mall, and plenty good schools and tertiary institutions. The Rail Corridor and PCN network is just 5mins walk away."

"Looks great from far with the hanging gardens concept and a back door that opens to the "greenery". But look closer and you'll notice that the foliage is either dry, wilting, dead or fake. A great concept poorly executed. Noisy due to the main road intersection location. Facilities look a little tired. The entrance for visitors from the basement car park is terrible- it looks like an entrance to an old industrial building and confuses many people. As expected, many of the owners have sold their units at massive losses."
