"Useless management. Condo full of Dog Urine. Every single day I go out of my block I find a Urine infront of my block gate, and several times I had to return back and change my shoes, as stepped on Urine without noticing. I informed management, but 0 reaction they didn't even put a Warning on wall! They simply don't do their job. So if you think to rent here a flat, just skip it."

"Everything seem OK... Except for the security management.. Think the Condo facility Management really need to equip the security personnel with not only the most updated security skills, knowledge but also the skills to interact and handle the so called guests, clients in whatever way u acknowledge them.. I drove my youngest son to my wife's cousin home at Lakeville on every Sunday and diligently follow through the set Lakeville's security and covid protocol without fail every week.., drove. Stop on front of security desk, take temperature, log and register into the Lakeville's covid website. In return, I was given the Lakeville's car log for display filled up by the Security personnel in the car dash.. I have to admit that it was my mistake that I did not check that today's date is 15 August, the date written was 14 August. On return back for second entry, not knowingly that the date was wrong I shown the car log to the Security personnel, an Indian lady,.. I told her that I checked in this morning, she looked at me and said"Dont lie lah".. Lie is a strong word and is this how the security staff should interact with the visitor..."
