"I would like to share. I'm a delivery driver. Loading and unloading lot have car park there. I can't wait as time is running late. So i park at Resident lot just for awhile. For my deliveries. Not even takes for 10 minutes. So there's a guy drive a car. Plate no. SKE1868A horn at me. Ask me to shift my van. While there's alot of empty lot there. I feel so disappointed. I push my trolley with 6 carton of mineral drinks. Heavy. And he horn at me and ask me to shift my van. He's so rude. He park there to fetch his relatives only why can't him park at other lots It was on 2nd July 2022 timing in the morning around 7.50am"

"located close to ecp and incredible sea view! units are fairly aged with a lot of cracks- too much room for pests! otherwise, very spacious windy and lovely balcony. theres a cute daschund at block 1 whom i love "

"It would have been better if most of the residents can put in some money to buy over the car parking rights from HDB and improve the parking system. Otherwise they should consider going en bloc."

"Units are spacious. The HDB wet market is just 10 mins walk away at Marine Terrace. The upcoming MRT at Marine Terrace will similarly be as close. Going to the East Coast Park is a breeze, just use the overhead bridge nearby, less than 10 mins walk. "
