When fully opened, the Woodlands Health Campus will have around 1,400 beds to cater to residents in the North Region. The region will also benefit from enhanced connectivity as strategized in the Master Plan 2019. More cycling paths and park connectors will be constructed, with the WoodsVista Gallery offering pedestrian and cycling pathways connecting Woodlands MRT, Admiralty Park and Woodlands Waterfront Park.

"Did delivery order and guard was extremely rude. It was my 1st time entering the premise and i am unsure of how and where should i exit so i asked the old indian security and he shouted at me rudely. Been to other condos and all the security officers has always been nice and helpful except this. No professionalism at all."

"Condo is well maintained with beautiful landscape. Facilities other than big pools, have tennis court and squash court which is not easy find nowadays. Car park at basement have direct access to unit unlike Hdb multi storey carpark. With more amenities around the area and walking distance to mrt from the side gate, Northoaks is one of the best condo in woodlands area."

"Northoaks Condominium has large open spaces for their landscape and water features. Facilities like Swimming Pool, Gym, Tennis Court, Half Basketball court, and Badminton court, and BBQ pits besides the pool are also within the common landscape area."
