"Like most condos I've been to, the guards at the post were grumpy. Thus condo has employed a system where you hit a button to reach their call centre, and the party answering the call can identify you by your number plate and let you in after you've been registered into their system. This cuts down the waiting time to enter the condo. There's no wasteful filling in of paper forms. That's efficency and sustainability all in one. Since their lots are somewhat small, they should ensure that the visitors park their cars within the lots so that the lots could be utilized effectively."
