"Another EC, subsidised housing for those want condo feel. Buyers feel happy hoping to huat when MOP. Many kena reject trying their luck when their income above ceiling. Many buyers comparing with Gaia and, saying this EC better. Let's see which EC better. Forsee parc Greenwich will have problem with carpark cos not 1 to 1. Gd luck to going home late to try get a lot. Worst, later people start rent, limited lots. And even worst, too rich people with more than 1 car taking more lots than what maintenance fee they pay. Buy already, be happy, especially first 5 years before MOP."
