"Pretty much run down. Broken and loose tiles everywhere. The building's exterior paint is visibly discolored and looks much older than its age. Obvious property management and budget issue, Many units are also run by a short-term rental operator and you'd have random people walking in and out of the complex. There're many better condos around that area to choose from."
