"Undervalued & high potential for rental and resale upside. Currently built-up to brick works and enroute to complete as scheduled. Finished building with the array of shops together with the housing units, coupled with lush greenery and resort-like features will definitely be a great place to chillax after a hard day of work or during weekends."

"Parc Komo (Parc Komo) is located in Changi (Changi) in District 20, which belongs to the eastern part of Singapore. Located at the junction of Upper Changi Road North and Jalan Mariam. The name of the green garden is derived from the Japanese word komorebi, which represents the rays of sunlight filtering through the branches and leaves. The developer aims to create a leisure and secluded resort concept. The whole project is based on the theme of nature, forest and tranquility. The 50-meter swimming pool is located among the lush trees of the apartment, like a river running through the forest, allowing you to place the Buddha in the resort center far away from the ocean, away from all the world, and relax. Taking the royal garden as the essence of gardening, densely planted green vegetation beside the stairs weakens the rigidity of the corners of the building and strengthens the deep artistic conception in the garden.
