"Rent is too expensive considering the fact that the rooms are moldy along with run down walls and infrastructure that is considered as non-functional. There was a gas leak on the first day and when help came, I told them about the moldy rooms and they just shrugged and left. 0/5."

"Just shifted out from a rental unit on the 6th floor of Rafflesia. A terrible rental experience i must say - air condition units that were leaking gas (which required topping up every 6 weeks), moldy bedroom doors and rotting toilet doors, old electrical wiring system that caused bulbs to blow easily and fixing required more than new bulbs, faulty main door closing system which caused door to slam and oil to leak. Not to mention a neighbour upstairs who would start slamming their sliding wardrobe doors at 5+ in the morning!"
