"To the young resident making tons of animalistic noises on one of the lower floors of Block 16 between 11pm and 11.35pm today (Oct 29)........ Congrats on being the most irritating resident in Rio Vista. I've reported your cries and noise to the management as you are brainless in cooperating. I'll keep this review here until you stop being a nuisence of an animal."
