"Viewed a 2x 3 Bedroom units at Shelford Suites. Private lift that leads you straight into the unit (not a fan of how this one looks, would prefer one with an actual private lift landing). Views towards Adam Road can be blocked by the churches ahead of it. About 10 mins unsheltered walk from Botanic Gardens MRT. Biggest downside to this project is definitely the maintenance fees - $800 for a 3 Bedroom, for a good sized lap pool, gym and function room."
