"A pretty new project completed in 2018. With a good psf in district 9, compared to new launch on OCR. With the stairs (169 steps) opened that leads from Sophia Hill to plaza Singapura, it has become more convenient. The place is quiet, with good gym facilities, nice pool dotted around the property. Deco has been up for festive period eg Xmas, CNY. Plentiful of parking lots, shuttle bus service to Raffles City and Bencoolen make it convenient for resident. Overall clean and quiet, stone throw away from town. With Haus on handy completing this 2023 Q1, and other project near by en bloc, it bores well for Sophia hill as a owner stay or tenant. "

"An awesome resort like residential housing in the midst of city! The exclusivity and peaceful environment is an oasis after a long work day. It has an onsite 5 star Cafe Melba and childcare centre which caters to the needs of busy life style. Nearby there are tonnes of cafes, eateries that meets different budgets. Park, MRTs, SMU, NAFA, SOTA, banks and shopping mall are just a stone throw away. Those who are lazy/tired to take a short walk around the nice greeneries are free to take the onsite free shuttle bus to malls & MRT station. I'm sick and tired of high rise residential projects, this is truly a city dream home!"

"The location is more than perfect! Food: there are many local daily food options, a number of relaxing western brunch, various Chinese food restaurants and even fine dining choices! It is close to several supermarkets, a variety of convenience stores, Watsons and Durian stall! You can just walk to shopping malls, movie theatres, museums, hiking spots (Fort Canning and Mount Emily) literally any time you want to."
