"Came here for visit to the cafes and restaurants. This complex is serene and in a world of its own amidst the CBD area. Its a place you can stop over for a couple of hours to kill time and spend an afternoon or evening. The hotels, restaurants + cafe is sufficient to keep you occupied. Take some nice photos with the arts and decors google the restaurants here to find more information. The old barracks is a nice conserved building which you can take a little time to admire."
