"Lived here for a year plus, agree with frequent lift breakdowns, a big headache as to door deliveries are on the rise. Lift system is badly designed. Too complicated to buzz your friends/ delivery guy up. Swimming pool also under maintenance from time to time with no reasons."

"Something is broken down every month, the swimming pool, the lifts, the gates. And I only rented a place here for 3 months. Only saving grace are the responsible & nice guards."

"Location is great as this is close to CBD/Town and the mall is a short walk away. Quiet area if facing internally to City Square Mall. Pool length is great. Other amenities are alright. Security is overly suspicious therefore loses one star on customer/residence orientation."

"Beautiful place especially at night when the facade lights are on. Set in a historical place that contrasts its modern outlook. Location is fantastic as it is near city but also the heartland towns. Traditional eating places that offer authentic unique culturally distinctive food fare are within walking distances. There is also a great neighbourhood vibe that makes this place homely and comfortable."
