"Condo is tiny, apartments are poorly made. Management group led by Ms Jacqueline Oh is awful and does not care about the real issues of the place. Place is falling apart and the security team is horrendous. You wont feel luxury or experience any condo living. I do no recommend renting or buying. It will be a huge waste of money. 1030pm they shut the main gates and even tho you have a remote and a right to enter, you cannot get your taxi driver to drop you off at the visitor drop off point inside closer to your block. There is no sheltered walk way so even in the rain, you got to stop outside and use the side entrance with your key card and walk to your block. Even at midnight as a young girl. *important info : there is a different barrier to enter the resident carpark. They state that for safety reasons, they dont want strangers driving down into the carpark after 1030pm. But residents are not opening the barrier for cars to go down to the carpark. They are opening the barrier to be dropped off at ground level, within view of the guardhouse at the drop off point. I could bring a stranger in from the side gate too and how is that any different Dont stay here!!"

"Very cosy flat design, small space but with storage room and balcony. Close to bus stop, food and supermarket. Nice stay."
