"I have been living at the estate since its TOP in 1997. The estate is very well managed by a committee that has been very prudent in its expenditure over the years. As a result, SPs are able to join 1-2 month concessions from their maintenance fees periodically over the years. The estate is huge, lush, spacious and well maintained. The property is free hold and comes in many combinations from studio apartment to penthouse. Car park lots are in abundance. Security is tight and the clubhouse is well patronized. Facilities include a 30m swimming pool, a spa pool and a wading pool for the little ones, two tennis courts, multi-storey car park, two function rooms, barbecue plaza,/ pits, a childrens playground, squash court and a mini billiard cum game room. The location is very central and has high connectivity to PIE, ECP and CTE. Residences have easy access to two nearby hawker food centres and a family-centric shopping mall outside its estate. The units may not look very modern when compared to newer launches but they are definitely more liveable. "

"On the outside it looks like a peaceful resort with tranquility and freedom. But in the inside is a GP tuition center wrecking my brain cells on current affairs. But the tough training makes me a bit smarter. Interesting resort with tuition services."
