"This property is a gem! It may not be located at the heart of CBD, but the convenience it offers is amazing! It is strategically located just behind a 24-hr Giant supermarket, community centre, polyclinic, police post and near neighbourhood shops including laundry shop etc. It is also well-served by several childcare centres, schools, a bank (UOB) and coffeeshops. The wet market is just a minute's walk away. Getting home from Pasir Ris MRT is a breeze. There is direct bus from Pasir Ris Interchange that stops right outside the condo, so even during heavy rains, you won't get very wet. There is an express bus that goes to Orchard and Marina areas, as well as other direct buses to go to Changi Airport and other parts of Singapore. Currently there is also an MRT station being built with exit near this property, so in time to come, access to town will be even more seamless. "
