"MRT, Food, Schools nearby, Nice. Looks modern and quality, but rather small landsize for a condo, guess it's great for people who prefer lesser family units. This Condo is in an area that has building height restriction due to Paya Lebar Air Base, which will be move out after 2030s. There's a good potential owners can En-bloc with great returns in the future."

"The Freehold 'Boutique Condo' looks like it's going to complete by the end of the year maybe, though it was said to be 1st quarter of 2022. Do check out the on site photos of it's exterior and nearby shops & services. Photos was taken on 18 -Sep-2021."
