"Less than a few minutes walk to CHIJ. The lobby is like those hotel types which is very classy. The Sky View is excellent especially in Blk 8 and 10. Can see a 360 degree view of Singapore. The facilities are good and the surrounding are quiet. Is located beside those landed property which add on a class to it. Approximately 10 min walk to the Thomson Line. "

"Best part of this condo: less than a stones throw to CHIJ St Nicholas Girls School. Love the community of residents here, many of whom have girls studying in the same school. This condo has everything you are looking for, except for a tennis court. Its not a concern for me, since my family doesnt play tennis. Furnishing is good, as developer is Wheelock. Five min walk to Mayflower MRT station, and connects straight to Orchard. "

"Some parts of the condo need to be better maintained such as the lift lobby area. Pool can be quite crowded on weekends as there are many families with young kids. Location is good as it is near to Mayflower MRT station."

"Surprisingly well-designed and built for a mass market development. The developer Wheelock promised a premium condo and that's what we feel we got. From the hotel style lobbies to the fine finishings- I enjoy the well being you get from staying here. "

"This is a nice condo with great amenities and facilities. However, the attitude of a security staff is appalling. On 25 July 2022, at around 8 PM as I was walking towards the exit of the main gate via the driveway, an Indian security staff shouted from the security guard post very rudely and loudly: "you come back here and walk out from here!" I could not believe my ears. He was very rude and he did not even bother to apologize or explain why he shouted at me. I could only guess that it's because he took issue with me waking on the driveway and wanted me to exit via the pedestrian gate (no signs were put up on this). In any event, why was there a need for him to speak rudely and shout The CCTV and audio recording will reveal how terrible his behaviour and attitude was. I strongly urge the management to review the security officer's conduct since it will definitely affect residents and/ or visitors moving forward. I am happy to provide more information if required."
