"for the parklovers. 2 dog areas for pet owners. market, mall, buses to vivo. MRT coming just too many speculation. the condo units faces outwards, no akward staring at your neighbours living room."

"Although placed between two major roads which give good access to buses it is a quiet calm oasis. Across the roads are two parks. Plenty of opportunities to exercise if you wish. Swimming pool at front, kiddy pool at back."

"Have lived in this condo for three years and now the landlord refuses to pay back the deposit. (even refuses to conduct the professional inspection to define how much will be needed to make the property to be tenant-able) If anyone considers to take unit 210, please reconsider.
