"Conveniently located, served by 2 MRT stations and a bus-stop (with 13 bus services) facing Bukit Timah Road. Plentiful of properly maintained facilities with reasonable monthly maintenance fee. Nearby amenities include cafes, eateries, supermarkets and a clinic."
