"Big place, nice location in the heart of Clementi, near NUSH, Nanhua and Clementi MRT. Definitely a good place to live in. The only drawback is that the pricing is unreasonable for a higher ceiling. Hopefully it will be adjusted."

"Great condominium location, near major expressways (AYE and PIE). Quiet neighbourhood. And unblocked views of the surrounding area. Close to Clementi MRT and Clementi central where there are malls and food centres. Excellent facilities in this condo, such as a well equipped gym and huge swimming pool. Wonderful place to stay!"

"It is a decent home and that it is a convenient place to get from the MRT. There are many different facilities in this condo such as a tennis court and basketball court. It has a nice view of the city area from the top of the condo. It is a very nice place to live and I feel very secure in this condo. The view gets nicer at night and is a good place to live. It is a very tall building too with about 30 stories."
