"Speaking as a resident living here - has been mostly an unpleasant experience.. largely due to the neighbours who are champion grumblers. I'm tip toeing around the development because any tiny act that might upset neighbours could be publicize on FB or group Whatspp. Totally miss living in HDB flat :("

"Very poor lighting especially in areas that matter(fitness corner, clubhouse) All the fogging but mosquitoes still rampant, lol. Good and friendly security guards! Amenities very decent too:)"
