Separately, Paya Lebar is envisaged to be a new sub-regional centre with industrial, technological and commercial developments.

As a major financial and business hub, the Central Region stands as the dynamic city centre of Singapore. Spanning 13,150ha in land area, the region hosts Singapore's only UNESCO World Heritage Site and is home to many of the country's national monuments, such as the Merlion Park and Statue of Raffles. Although the region is designated mainly for commercial activities, it houses residential developments ranging from HDBs to bungalows. There is also plenty of greenery in the region, linked by 19km of park connectors. According to the Master Plan 2019, Orchard and Downtown will be rejuvenated as a lifestyle hub to include more mixed developments which offer live, work and play opportunities. New housing will be constructed in the Marina South Area with community facilities and amenities. Stage-6 of the Circle Line opening by 2025 will also enhance the Central Region's connectivity.

"Nice place to stay but carpark entrance need a bit of skill drop off point very small spaces entrance by the guard use the door call is out of order for a long time not repair at "

"Never buy or rent a unit here. The security here is very rude. They do not allow delivery personnel to enter the compound with their foldable bicycles and forces them to park outside along the road. Your condo will be full of bicycles parked outside every time. There are a few instances that the rider cancelled my orders because they are not allowed to deliver my food to my door with their transport and I have to wait for another 45 min for food to arrive again. There have been quite a few cases where I saw the guards having disputes with security that even resident like me cannot allow the rider to enter the premises. Not a good place to rent if you are someone who frequent food deliveries or grocery deliveries. I am shifting out end of this month once the contract is over. It is a hellish 1 year experience."

"Avoid buying units that face Guillemard road as there will be road noise and dust. So most of the time, you must keep the windows shut and on the air con round the clock. Else you will feel stuffy and perspire. "

"would not recommend as there was a cobra spotted in this condo as well as horrible security guards which harass children and families for having floaties in the pool or playing with a ball on land a few have even taken these items away and throwing them away. 1 star"
