"A lot more convenient location now that Downtown mrt line has opened for some years now. Layout of unit just nice for me - I wanted a balcony but not too big. Facilities and amenities are great. No complaints. Also want to give compliment to the new management who is very responsive and takes good care of the residents. I was a tenant at waterfront isle before and I actually prefer Gold because its somehow quieter and less crowd. "

"Management wants the food delivery personnel to park outside on the pavement and come in . Basically wanting us to commit a criminal offense of which they won't hold accountable for. How in the world can we deliver or do our job to serve the residents of Waterfront Gold For this reason I will give the management 1/5 stars. I don't ask for sympathy or empathy but for fairness and the understanding that you are asking us to commit offense to uphold your clean image of the place but you don't treat the people who work for your residents justly ."
