"I was doing food delivery to Waterfront Key on 9th October 2021 10.30 a.m. Scolded "low educated", shoved, threatened violence by Indian male security guard (raised his fist at me). One star is too many for this location. Too far away from the major food locations, poor abysmal management."

"Extremely convenient location. Steps to MRT and bus stop. Cars not necessary anymore. Across the road is the beautiful reservoir with Forest Adventure and playgrounds and bistro and shops and eating places. Great location !"

"Items given (eg. Sanyo Aircon) are of inferior quality. Sinks and Bidet systems cracked after less than one year. 4-pin light bulbs are out-of-date (industry uses 2-pin light bulbs these days). Water valves leak. There is strong evidence that property developer has used inferior materials for this project. "
