"My 12 year old daughter attended a 3 days Mindfulness Holiday Camp at Mindful Space. She loves all the teachers and the entire program especially the aerial yoga session so much so she is asking if I can sign her up for more! It is not easy to find aerial yoga classes for tweens/teens. I hope Mindful Space will organise more events/classes cater to her age group too! Thank you for brightening up her summer vacation with your awesome camp! And thank you for the comprehensive classroom observation review and photos after the camp. "We recently engaged mindful space for a mini workshop for preschool parents and educators on how we can have some learning about childrens different temperaments and strategies in helping adults to understand the little world of our young children. Through the workshop, many relevant examples and practical strategies were shared that enlightened the way we possibly can use to handle young children in their melt downs. We appreciate the the knowledge sharing from the speaker, Ms Vernessa, who is patient and interactive in answering the queries both parents and educators may have. We certainly we would consider for more session in time to come! :)) We have tried some of the strategies and now we also seen some little improvement of the little ones. Thank you! :)"

"We have been working with Vernessa and the Mindful Space team for our safe conversations for mums sessions. The experience has been positive throughout. Every little thing is provided for and Vernessa helps to ensure that event logistics are smooth from registration to end of event so that we could concentrate on the actual sessions. "A place that is building a community of mindful parents through family activities, kids fun explorations of nature and feelings through art, sport, team building. A space that is made emotionally safe through compassion, recognition and respect for the beautiful kids souls that will be adults tomorrow.
My daughter practised aerial yoga here and both my kids look forward to attend camps here. We also asked Vernessas team help to organize my 8 year old party: It was a lovely day for the kids with aerial yoga and batik painting in the garden. I am very happy to support this business and this team for the extremely valuable work they are doing."
