"Nice cluster houses but some owners are plain rude and not very neighbour friendly and can be very noisy. Also, the entrance control device with only a card and no possibility to call through the interphone when you come visit or for delivery, is absolutely ridiculous. Swimming pool can be loaded with chlorine."
