"Beautiful development built in a colonial style and has many charm to it. Immediate neighbours are friendly and welcoming. Place is quiet and common areas are kept clean."

"Place is kept clean, lots of helpful neighbours. In general quite a quiet place, everyone respect one another. Facilities is ample and kept in good condition. Free hold. Overall a pleasant place to live in."

"Rented an unit here for a year. The development has 3 blocks where 1 block faces the busy Braddell Road while the other 2 blocks are tucked deep inside away from the main road. On paper, the 2 inner blocks appear to quiet and peaceful, however, the residents at certain ground floor units have a habit of playing loud music/gathering even to the wee hours. The relative position of the 2 blocks also seem to amplify the noise. Certain residents are unable to grasp the concept of community living such as not cleaning up after their pets at common areas. Security guards seem more keen to take a nap or watch videos on their phones than to do their job. Overall, many better choices around the area, and glad to have left."
