"My friends used to stay here, their experience was really bad. Their Owner "Happy Zone Limited" seemed very unprofessional and didn't adhere to the low maintenance of utilities. They also deducted huge chunk of security money . Beware of them ."

"Please beware of Happy Zone Limited renting out rooms, they provide a really sloppy service and surprise you with random deductions when refunding hefty deposits. Not to mention, the house is extremely ill maintained with complaints regarding utilities often adhered with deaf ears."
