"it's a very great place to have a view of the city. it's just 1 min walk to the bugis station. the location is really good. it's near to the shops, food courts, eateries...etc. it's comfortable to stay here although the price is quite expensive. the decoration of the property is really nice. the walls are decorated with some nice paintings. it's clean and neat. this is one of the best condo in Singapore. It is little pricey for 99 leasehold."

"I believe great view from those who going to live on the top.hard to say about the building until built so haha.. going to be noisy as hell as its beside the busiest streets around.at night,still freaking noisy as ppl party. I bet u can smell steamboat and BBQ even at 10 floor.u better hope the building got good sound proof...hahahah"
