"Nice and quiet for those facing landed. Good size pool, gym and plenty of sheltered area for kids. Easy stroll to Kembangan MRT ( 12 Min Walk) and in future Ubi MRT (14 min walk) Bus Stops only 4 min walk away. May consider a unit here for it's exclusive landed area. Don't fancy those mass market, larger condos as don't feel like a home"

"Ultra Luxury Condo by CDL . Beautiful and Spacious condo located in the Heart of Orchard Shopping District. Designed Architect, by Moshe Safdie , same architect for MBS and Jewel at Changi Airport. Famous for designing and innovation by putting water on top of building . Like MBS, the pool is on the top floor. So is Boulevard 888, with the infinite pool also on top floor for you to view the scenic sky or the surrounding when you take a dip in the pool."
