"Extremely convenient location, walking distance to Novena or Little India mrt. Well priced relatively to Novena area due to temple next door, if you're atheist or agnostic , it's like a free discount. If you are buying resale in the development, need to upgrade the sound-proofing. Just a Swimming pool , "gym" is minimal. "

"Visited this condo (Suffolk Premier), only 41 units, suitable for families and investments. Good schools (SJI, ACS, Farrer Park) nearby, very near to Novena MRT. Quiet , 3 units per level to ensure privacy. top level has 5 units. There is a pool, a gym, a BBQ pit. Parking at ground level and B1."

"I forgot the access card and requested the guard to open the ground floor door for me so that I can access my unit. The guard was extremely unfriendly, yelled at me, and refused to open the door for me claiming hes not a door man. He declined my attempt to show my tenancy agreement to verify my residential status, when I offered to call my agent to verify he yelled you can call anyone, call your agent, call the police, call my office, but I will NOT open the door for you. I put my agent on speaker and he was yelling at my agent, insisting that we can call the police but he would not open the door. We offered that he accompanied me upstairs and double checked if I was able to open my unit door, he bursted out in anger and yelled that he would not make an effort to go upstairs for me. He only gave in when I offered to open the mailbox assigned to my unit to verify my residential status. It was 1:15 am at midnight, I was exhausted, with an injured ankle, and was feeling unsafe as the guard was so aggressive that I started to worry about my safety. I understand there are rules to follow, but people sometimes forget their access cards, this just happens. They dont deserve to be yelled at and threatened for such harmless mistake. The guard was stubborn and uncivil. Very unpleasant experience."
