Amaninda is a freehold condominium project on Thomson Road in district 11. It was developed by Ho Bee Land and completed in 2005, the 70-unit development is located about 500m from Novena MRT station of the North-South Line. Schools within 1km from the property include Anglo-Chinese School (Primary) and St Joseph’s Institution. Major shopping malls located nearby are United Square Shopping Mall and Velocity @ Novena Square.

The most recent transaction saw a 1,270 sq ft unit changed hands for $1.83 million ($1,437 psf) in June last year. In 2H2016, one-bedroom units of 600 to 700 sq ft were leased at an average monthly rent of $2,550, which translates to a potential gross rental yield of 3.2%.
