Regional flexible living platform Cove Cove has announced its acquisition of Singapore-based co-living operator Casa Mia Coliving. Following the completion of the deal, Casa Mia Coliving Properties, comprising around 500 fully-furnished rooms across the island, will operate under the Cove brand.
In a Nov 21 release, Cove says the deal will reinforce its leadership position in the Asia Pacific (Apac) flexible-stay market, with over 2,000 rooms in Singapore and more than 8,000 rooms across Apac.
Casa Mia’s portfolio includes rooms in prime areas such as River Valley, Orchard and the CBD. The company also has a BCA-certified facility management team, which Cove says will boost its in-house operational capabilities.

According to Cove, the combined business is expected to generate more than US$50 million ($65.3 million) in annualised rental income, bolstering its inventory and top line by about 50% y-o-y. “Integrating Casa Mia’s properties and team into our platform will drive significant operational synergies, while also enhancing our service delivery,” says Cove co-founder Luca Bregoli.
The company adds that the acquisition puts it “within striking distance of becoming free-cash-flow positive”, building on a profitable 2H2025 despite the company’s “heavy investment” in support of its expansion into Japan and South Korea.
