ERA to incorporate smart property viewing experience to its mobile app

SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Real estate agency ERA Singapore is ramping up its RealtyWatch mobile app offering, giving users a richer property-viewing experience.

These include a more detailed view of the surrounding of a property and shadow-casting according to the times of the day.

RealtyWatch will use Singapore Land Authority’s OneMap3D initiative, which will also showcase capitibilies such as location-based information, navigational services and the use of open-source tech.

Launched in August, the mobile app has helped clients receive an “accurate property market overview of the neighbourhoods they are residing in”, ERA says.

“With the addition of data from OneMap3D, it will offer users a more seamless experience during their property search journey from identifying suitable properties, seeking professional guidance from ERA trusted advisers, valuations of properties to financing the property,” it adds.
