SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - A freehold residential site at 74 Jalan Dermawan, off Hillview Avenue in District 23, is up for sale via an expression of interest exercise with a guide price of $15.88 million or $1,263 psf on the land area.

The site is zoned for residential use. According to marketing agent Huttons Asia, the site can be redeveloped into a bungalow or subdivided into a detached property and two semi-detached houses.
