GuocoLand’s Martin Modern clinches Silver at the FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Award

Martin Modern, a luxury condominium by mainboard-listed property developer GuocoLand, was named World Silver Winner in the Residential (High Rise) Category at this year’s FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Award.
The International Real Estate Federation, recognising the importance of architectural brilliance, sustainability, community engagement, and ethical business practices, has awarded GuocoLand for its commitment to these values in the development of Martin Modern.
It is GuocoLand’s fifth accolade at the FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Award. It previously won awards for Guoco Tower in 2022, 2021, and 2020 and Leedon Residence in 2018.
Martin Modern was designed by ipli Architects and ADDP Architects. The project's design was credited for its lush botanic garden setting, complemented by a rugged aesthetic inspired by the neighbouring riverside oasis. At Martin Modern, 80% of the land is devoted to landscaping and amenities, and GuocoLand’s other signature design features, such as a grand lawn and abundant spaces for recreation and entertainment, are showcased.
The project has already claimed several other leading real estate and design awards.
It was awarded Top Development, Residential (Completed) at the 6th EdgeProp Singapore Excellence Awards 2022; Luxury Residential Development of the Year, Singapore, at the Real Estate Asia Awards 2021; and Best Residential Development Singapore at the International Property Awards 2020.
The project also won four major awards at the Second EdgeProp Singapore Excellence Award in 2018 in the uncompleted developments category, including Top Development Excellence, Design Excellence, Landscape Excellence and Innovation Excellence.
