Heeton Holdings attempting bulk-sale of iLiv@Grange

According to a statutory filing with the Singapore Exchange, Heeton Holdings has appointed Cushman & Wakefield as the exclusive marketing agent for the proposed en bloc sale of all 30 units at iLiv@Grange.

iLiv@Grange is a 16-storey residential development in prime District 10 that received Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) in October 2013. Heeton has to complete the sale of all units in the development within two years of TOP or by October 2015 to avoid having to pay extension charges under the Qualifying Certificate rules.

The development comprises one-, two-, three-bedroom designer apartments and two penthouses. Developments within 500m of iLiv@Grange were transacted at an average of S$1,873 psf, based on URA’s caveat data over the past six months.
