SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Previews for upcoming project Penrose in District 14 at Sims Drive will be held this weekend on Sept 12. Jointly developed by Hong Leong Holdings and City Developments Limited, the 99-year leasehold condominium comprises 566 units over five 18-storey towers. Facilities include a childcare centre within the compound, 50-metre swimming pool, and sky garden.
Penrose is located within a short walk to Aljunied MRT Station and is also near to the PIE and KPE. The central business district and Orchard Road are around a 15 minutes’ drive away.
Surrounding schools include Canossa Catholic Primary School and Geylang Methodist School. Nearby food spots include Sims Vista Market & Food Centre, Haig Road Market & Cooked Food Centre, as well as Old Airport Road Food Centre.
There are one- to four-bedroom apartments ranging from 474 sq ft one-bedders to 1,389 sq ft four-bedders. Early bird prices start from $788,000 for the one-bedders, $943,000 for the two-bedroom apartments, $1.33 million for the three-bedroom apartments and $2.11 million for the four-bedroom apartments.
The project is expected to achieve TOP in July 2024. The sales gallery is located along Geylang Road. Previews will be by appointment only.
