JLL named top investment adviser in Asia Pacific

SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - JLL has been named top investment adviser in Asia Pacific for 2019 by Real Capital Analytics (RCA), an independent body that monitors real estate transaction volumes worldwide.

JLL closed $27.6 billion in investment deals, achieving approximately 30% market share, and led the region in terms of complex transactions, with over $13.1 billion in cross-border deals.

“2019 was a record-breaking year in Asia Pacific for commercial real estate as investors deployed capital more strategically and diversified into different asset classes,” says Stuart Crow, CEO, capital markets, Asia Pacific, JLL.
