JTC awards tender for Jalan Papan (Plot 2) to Setsco Services

SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - JTC has awarded the tender for the industrial site at Jalan Papan (Plot 2) to Setsco Services at the tendered sum of $7 million.

The site has an area of 12,400.4 sq m (133,477 sq ft) and a gross plot ratio of 1.4. The site also has a 20-year tenure. It is zoned for Business 2 or heavier industrial use.

Launched on July 26, the tender closed on Sept 20, with two bids received. The other tenderer, Asia Piling Co, had submitted a bid with a tendered sum of $4.3 million.
