JTC launches Braddell Road reserve list site for sale

JTC has accepted an application to put up for sale a 104,584 sq ft industrial site at Braddell road for sale by public tender.

The land parcel was made available for application from December 26 2017 through the Reserve List system under the 2H2017 Industrial Government Land Sale Programme. JTC announced that it has received an application with a committed bid price of not less than $18.3 million.

The site is zoned for Business-1 development with a 30-year tenure and a maximum permissible gross plot ratio of 2.5.

The public tender is scheduled for May 30 with a tender period of six weeks.
