JTC launches tender for two industrial sites

SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - JTC has launched the public tender for two industrial sites under the industrial government land sales (IGLS) programme.
A 52,022 sq ft site along Tampines North Drive 2 is the first of three sites listed in the Confirmed List of the 2H2020 IGLS programme. The land has a 20-year tenure and is zoned “Business 2”, with a gross plot ratio of 2.5. The closing date for the tender is Oct 20.

Another 39,676 sq ft site at 160 Gul Circle is under the Reserve List of the 1H2020 IGLS programme, and it has been made available for application. JTC received an application for the site to be put up for public tender with a committed bid of not less than $2 million. The plot has a 20-year lease and is zoned “Business 2” with a gross plot ratio of 1.4. The closing date for the tender is Oct 6.
