JTC launches two industrial sites for sale by tender

JTC has launched three sites under the 1H2018 Industrial Government Land Sales (IGLS) programme. Two sites are available for tender, while one site under the Reserve List is open for application. The two sites available for tender are located along Braddell Road and Tampines Industrial Drive, Plot 10.

The 104,584 sq ft plot at Braddell Road was made available for application under the 1H2018 IGLS Reserve List. The plot has a minimum bid of $18.3 million. It has a 30-year tenure and is zoned for business-1 use, with a maximum permissible gross plot ratio (GPR) of 2.5. The tender will close on July 11. The land parcel at Tampines Industrial Drive Plot 10 is the fifth site out of six under the 1H2018 IGLS Confirmed List. The 50,618 sq ft site is zoned for business-2, with a maximum permissible GPR of 1.4. The plot has a 20-year tenure. The tender closes on July 25.

Available for application is a land parcel under the Reserve List. Located on Corporation Drive (formerly referred to as Yung Ho), it is the fifth out of seven sites under the 1H2018 IGLS Reserve List. The 137,782 sq ft site is zoned for business-2 use with a maximum permissible GPR of 2.5. It has a 30-year tenure. Under the Reserve List system, a land parcel will only be released for sale if it receives an offer of a minimum price that is acceptable to the Government.
