JUST SOLD: District 10 condo sold at 2009 price level

A 1,690 sq ft, three-bedroom unit on the third floor at Olina Lodge was sold for $1.90 million ($1,124 psf), according to a caveat lodged on November 18. It is the lowest price achieved in psf terms since 2009, when a 1,625 sq ft unit fetched $1.70 million ($1,046 psf) in November.
Notwithstanding this, the seller who bought the unit for $945,000 in April 2006 made a $955,000 profit, which translates into an annualised gain of 6.8%.
Completed in 1990, the 67-unit freehold condominium is situated at Holland Hill in prime District 10. It is located about 500m from Holland Village.
