Located along Leedon Heights, the upcoming freehold Leedon Green is poised to set a new benchmark in prime District 10. Developed by a joint venture between MCL Land and Yanlord Land Group Limited, the 638-unit development occupies a large freehold site of over 3ha, spread evenly across seven 12-storey blocks.

The duplex Garden Villas include family rooms and there is space for a junior en suite on the second floor.

Luxurious finishes

A select number of three-bedroom units will come with a private lift while all four-bedroom units will have a private lift. The units are laced with luxury with top-of-the-line fittings.

At Leedon Green, sanitary wares from Italian brand Antonio Lupi grace the bathrooms, topped with fittings from German labels Axor and Hansgrohe. The wet and dry kitchen is spacious, fitted with an Ernestomeda kitchen set imported from Italy and further furnished with Switzerland brand V-Zug kitchen appliances, together with a German-made Liebherr fridge.

The exclusive units with private lifts will include an integrated dishwasher and Liebherr wine fridge. Meanwhile, the Garden Villas will have all the stated provisions with an additional built-in steamer and integrated dishwarmer.

Notably, a wardrobe will be provided for every bedroom which has lights and a dehumidifier built in, keeping the clothes fresh-smelling.

Smart home, smart community

At Leedon Green, units are outfitted with smart home technology so that residents can be in full control and customise their desired lifestyle. Day-to-night monitoring is made possible through the surveillance camera while privacy and security is further enhanced with the biometric digital lockset provided. Break-in and low-battery alerts will be given.
